HOW TO FIND YOUR RING SIZE
ENGAGEMENT RING GUIDE
ESSENTIALS: RING SIZE
Buying a ring for that special someone is a very delicate task. If you don’t know your special someone’s ring size, then your guess is as good as ours. At DG Bespoke Jewellery, having rings resized is free! Because I understand how hard it is to get the correct ring size without asking.
Buying a ring for that surprise proposal?
Need wedding bands for that magical, long-awaited wedding?
No need to worry about not getting it right the first time. To make sure you come close to the correct ring size without asking your partner, I have put together some helpful tips to set you on the right path.
ASK A FRIEND OR RELATIVE
Asking a friend or relative is the simplest and best way to get your partner’s ring size without ruining the surprise. Better yet, if they can help you “borrow” a ring from your partner so I can measure it in-store, I will have the correct ring size before starting to make one.
TYPICAL RING SIZES
There are standard ring sizes for both men and women. Most of us fall into any one of the standard ring sizes. Women typically wear ring sizes ranging from G to R with size M being the average size in the UK for engagement and wedding rings.
Men’s ring sizes are in the P to Z range with T size being the average. I make rings in any size although rings that fall outside the average size can take a little longer to make.
WHAT IF YOU’RE NOT SURE?
And if you are simply in doubt about the correct ring size, no need to fret. I offer a complimentary resizing on all engagement rings and wedding bands.
My years of experience in the business has given me the insight to accurately estimate your partner’s ring size based on their height and dress size alone. I can even estimate your partner’s ring size from a photo that shows their hands. So if the fit is not quite right the first time, have no fear. Here at DG Bespoke Jewellery, I’ll make it right for free.
