Depending on the complexity of the design, it will take around 2 – 4 weeks to hand make.   If you have a specific short deadline, I can work to accommodate this.

Collection can be made personally at my workshop in Hatton Garden, London.   This ensures you are completely happy with the final product before paying the final instalment on receipt of the jewellery.

If you would like your jewellery posted we can discuss this during the personal consultation.

As we will work together closely on the design, this should be highly unlikely.  I will keep you updated with the progress and can send photographs throughout the process if you so wish.   You can also visit the workshop before the precious stones are set to ensure you are happy with the piece and any changes can be made then.

I offer free re-sizing on rings that I have made, often I can do this while you wait at the workshop so we can ensure it is the perfect fit.

I also offer an annual maintenance service free of charge where I can check the sizing is still right and clean the ring to ensure it looks a good as the first day you saw it.

Yes, I make all of the jewellery you see on this website and I can alter the design to however you wish.

It is a very common situation when buying a ring for someone else and easily dealt with.   If you have a ring the recipient wears, I can take a measurement from this if you are able to bring it to the personal consolation.   If not, then I offer free re-sizing service once the ring has been given where I will alter the ring to ensure the perfect fit.

I can provide a quote within a day of discussing your design idea.

I require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon agreement of proceeding with making your item of jewellery.  The balance will be paid upon completion and your satisfaction that the piece is as you wished.

 

You can pay via bank transfer and all major credit/debit cards are accepted.  There may be a fee for American Express payments.

Yes, if you supply me with a photograph I will be able to create exactly what you would like.   Most often the price I quote will be cheaper than shops/well-known brands as there are fewer overheads in terms of staff and retail space.

Of course, I welcome this as it creates a much better result.  I can talk you through the different precious stones and metals which will suit your idea, draw up your designs in front of you and bounce further ideas off one another.   You are invited to see your piece of jewellery before I set the stones to ensure we are on track with your vision and finally once it is made to make sure you are satisfied.

 

If you are unable to visit the workshop, we can discuss over the phone and via email to create what you have in mind.

Yes, I can make pretty much anything you would like in precious metals.   I have made corporate commissions for the like of companies such as Lego and Xbox, creating prizes and memorabilia for fans and clients.  I have also custom-made a variety of items for private client including Celebrities and well-known footballers.

Yes,  I am happy to redesign your current jewellery into something that you feel suits you more.  If you bring the jewellery you have to my workshop we can discuss the options available to you.

Yes, we can engrave a special message, name, date or design onto your jewellery for you.  A quote will be provided after discussing the complexity of your design.

I have been handmaking jewellery for over 20 years. Starting at the age of 17 years old, I embarked on a 5-year apprenticeship under my father’s watchful eye.  My father has been in the jewellery industry for around 50 years and a well-respected jeweller in Hatton Garden.

Visits to my workshop are by appointment only.  Once we have agreed a time and date for your personal consultation, you can visit me at 22 Hatton Garden, 2nd Floor, London,  EC1N 8BA.   Please go to  Contact page for further details on how to find us.  Appointments can be made from 8am-6pm Monday – Friday.

I offer a free of charge annual maintenance service to ensure the ring is always at its best and fits your finger perfectly.  This helps avoid losing the ring if loose or avoiding loss of gemstones if starting to work loose by daily use, accidental knocks to the piece or regular domestic chemical exposure.

I also polish the piece of jewellery to bring it back to its former glory.

Yes, I only use conflict-free diamonds and ethically sourced gemstones.  I ensure all the gem dealers I work with are reputable and follow the same ethical checks and standards.
